SIDE EFFECTS:

1. Penis or testicle-groin pain,
   
2. minor penile bleeding or spotting,
   
3. dizziness, palpitations,
   
4. flu symptoms or headache might occur.

Unlikely side effects: fainting or severe unsteadiness (due to a possible blood pressure decrease). Female partner side effects - vaginal burning/itching is sometimes reported. It is not clear if it is related to the drug.

Thus we have seen TWO methods of administering Alprostadil.
