Pain in lower side after stopping masturbation
Question
Hi sir. I m 19yrs old male. I have been mastrbating since age of 13. From last some days i got a problem. I decided to quit mastrbation but after 2-3 days pain occurd in my lower abdomen. When i mastrbated it went off and again same problem occurd. Now it is on regulr basis. Of i donot mastrbate pain occurs within 2-3 days. What should i do??

When masturbation is forcibly stopped, there can be spasms at the entrance of the tube that brings semen into the prostatic urethra. These spasms can cause pain. On masturbation the semen is released and the pain is alleviated.
However, it is not essential that every time when one does not masturbate there has to be pain.
Kindly try a few more times. There may be bearable discomfort and no pain as well.
