What size is small size penis?

Is my penis really small in size?

Sexologist tells if the size of erect penis is less than 7 cm or less than 3 inches it is called a small penis or micropenis.

क्या मेरा  लिंग  लम्बाई और मोटाई में छोटा है? 

सेक्सोलॉजिस्ट कहते है ७ cm  मतलब ३ इंच से भी कम लिंग की खड़ा होने के बाद लम्बाई हो तो वह छोटा ( माइक्रोपेनिस) कहलाता है।

 पुरुष का लिंग उत्तेजित अवस्था में 
 यदि ७ cm, अर्थात ३ इंच से भी कम लम्बा हो तो उसे माइक्रो पेनिस कहते है।

 हस्तमैथुन या नाईट फॉल की वजह से लिंग कभी भी छोटा होता नहीं। 

९९. ९९९ % लड़कों को अपना लिंग छोटा है यह भ्रान्ति होती है।

माइक्रोपेनिस जन्मजात (पैदाइशी ) होता है।

 शिशु का जनम होते ही डॉक्टर माइक्रोपेनिस का निदान करते है। 
यह कन्जेनटल अब्नोर्मलिटी (पैदाइशी ) होने के कारण इस का इलाज भी बाल्यावस्था में ही डॉक्टर करते है।
 0 .६ % नवजात  बालकों में ही यह पाया जाता है।

माइक्रोपेनिस का क्या इलाज है ?

माइक्रोपेनिस हॉर्मोन के इलाज से ठीक नहीं होता।  ऑपरेशन से भी नार्मल नहीं हो पाता।

 पायरोनीज डिसीज 

पायरोनीज डिसीज  यह लिंग छोटा होने का और एक कारण है।
पायरोनीज डिसीज में पेनिस में दाग (घाव का चिन्ह  = स्कार ) होता है.
१० % पुरुषों को पायरोनीज डिसीज होता है।  
उरोलोजिस्ट नाम के स्पेशलिस्ट डॉक्टर इसका ऑपरेशन द्वारा इलाज करते है। 

२ माइक्रोपेनिस जैसा 

माइक्रो पेनिस ना होते हुए भी (गलती से) माइक्रोपेनिस जैसा छोटा लिंग इन कारणों से दिखाई देता है। 
 

1.  लिंग के सभी बाजु में अत्यधिक चर्बी (फैट्स) होने पर मनो ढक जाता है। 
2. किशोर लड़का  यदि   कद में बहोत लम्बा चौड़ा  हो और अभी उसकी जवानी की परिपक्वता शुरू भी न हुई हो तो उसका लिंग छोटा प्रतीत होता है। 
3.  जब जवानी की परिपक्वता किसी  कारण से देरी से आरही हो तब भी माइक्रोपेनिस का संशय आ सकता है।

 माइक्रोपेनिस है यह भ्रान्ति होने के यह प्रमुख कारण डॉक्टरी वैज्ञानिकों ने खोज है।

 मायक्रोपेनिस  जो   जन्मजात  होता है  उसके और कई कारण चिकित्सा विज्ञान ने खोजे है। 

1.  हाइपोस्पाइडियास 
2. कॉर्डी 
3. पिनाइल एजेनेसीस
4. डाइफाइलिया
5. सूडो हर्माफ्रॉडिटिस्म
6.  गर्भावस्था में  गर्भवती होने के लिए स्त्री  (होनेवाली  माँ) को जो दवाई दी जाती है , जैसे डाईथाइल स्टिलबेस्टेरॉल,  यह भी लिंग का आकर छोटा करने में दोषी पाई गयी है।

WRONG DIAGNOSIS MICROPENIS
Most eight- to fourteen-year-old boys referred for micropenis do not have the micropenis condition. Such concerns are usually explained by one of the following:
1.    a penis concealed in suprapubic fat (extra fat around the mons pubis).
2.    a large body and frame for which a prepubertal penis simply appears too small.
3.    delayed puberty with every reason to expect good future growth.

(.Because hormone treatment rarely achieves average size, several surgical techniques similar to phalloplasty for penis enlargement have been devised and performed; but they are not generally considered successful enough to be widely adopted and are rarely performed in childhood.
