Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn't. - By Erica Jong

I do not attempt to give advice here. I just post my opinions. What I consider useful and beneficial for people is what you see here. I am aggressively keen to address the issues related to sexual health so that I may prevent a person from becoming a patient.
The good part is that

what you read here is backed by rich clinical experience. It is not 'copy', 'paste'
from wikepedia or answers.com. You will notice that the flow of thoughts have a flavor of personal communication. I hope you like it.

It is also true that many topics that you will find here would be almost similar to what you may find elsewhere. The reason is simple. The structure and function of human organs is the same since the time Vesalius dissected cadavers and meticulously made drawings and preserved them for posterity. The chemical structure of sildenafil is going to be the same. In fact, in most places you will find ELABORATE in depth description of a syndrome or a disease.

I purposely refrain from this 'bookish' approach. 'Bookish' info gives academic content that is generalized. For example, you will find ALL the possible effects and side effects of a medicine, but where is the one that is applicable for me.

You are in burdened in a mire of information. Information overload leading to
indigestion and misinformation are biggest disadvantages for a person who is seriously looking for the right solution.

The down side is, whether I like it or not, some of my bias is going to be reflected when I discuss topics. You are free to debate and to disagree.

A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.

Let us go in a lighter mood.

I use words as medicines.
Dr. Ashok Koparday

Word
A careless word may kindle strife.
A cruel word may wreck a life.
A timely word may level stress.
A loving word may heal and bless.
A friend is one who knows who you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you become, and still gently invites you to grow.
A friend is someone that won't begin to talk behind your back when you leave the room.
A friend is someone who dances with you in the sunlight and walks beside you in the shadows.
A friend is someone who has the same enemies you have. (Abraham Lincoln)
A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart, and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.
A friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart.
A friend is someone who thinks you're a good egg even though you're slightly cracked.

Information overdose causing indigestion and worse, misinformation, are biggest disadvantages for a person who is seriously looking for the right solution on the internet.

JOKE

A friend was in front of me coming out of church one day, and the preacher was standing at the door as he always is to shake hands. He grabbed my friend by the hand and pulled him aside. The pastor said, "You need to join the Army of the Lord!" My friend said, "I'm already in the Army of the Lord, Pastor." Pastor questioned, "How come I don't see you except at Christmas and Easter?" He whispered back, "I'm in the secret service."

what-woman-says

What does a woman really mean when she utters just few words to a man, words like, "That's okay", "Fine" or "Go ahead"? Humorous, enlightening meanings that you must know and share it with your boy friends to enlighten them too.

Nine words women use...
1.) Fine:
This is the word women use to end an argument when they are
right and you need to shut up.

2.) Five Minutes :
If she is getting dressed, this means a half an
hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given
five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

3.) Nothing:
This is the calm before the storm. This means something,
and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing
usually end in fine.

4.) Go Ahead :
This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!

5.) Loud Sigh:
This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement
often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an
idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and
arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of
nothing.)

6.) That's Okay:
This is one of the most dangerous statements a women
can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard
before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7.) Thanks:
A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just
say you're welcome.

8.) Whatever:
Is a women's way of saying &*^$ YOU!

9.) Don't worry about it, I got it:
Another dangerous statement,
meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several
times, but is now doing it herself.
This will later result in a man
asking "What's wrong?" For the woman's response refer to #3.
