Hi My name is Mrs. xxxxx. I am 24 yrs old, born on 26th aug 1983 at 5.40 am. married for 7 months. I am trying to conceive for 7 months, not getting through.i have done all the test everything is Normal. My Husband name is Mr. xxxxx - 28yrs. born on 2nd June 1979 at 7.40 am. Please help us advising when will i get pregnant.

*After how many days you have menstrual periods and have they been *regular after and before marriage?
*For how many days do you bleed?
*Have you been told you have endometriosis/pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)?
*No miscarriages (abortions) in the past I presume.
*Do you have any medical problems and have you been advised medications at present?
*Was it a General Gynecologist or an Infertility Specialist who examined you?
*Why, Which tests have been conducted? What are the reports? *Hysterosalpingogram (X-ray of the uterus and tubes)

*Laparoscopy (telescope placed through the belly button to see inside your abdomen)

*Hysteroscopy (telescope placed into the uterus through the vagina to see the inside of the uterus)

*Give the values of Hormonal blood tests:
FSH
LH
Prolactin
TSH

*Other Ultrasound monitoring report.

*Was Clomiphene stimulation with intercourse or with insemination (IUI) done?

***Husband's semen report.

Are there other pertinent test results, procedures or problems that have been identified?

Why do you think you are not getting pregnant (what is your diagnosis?)

It can take up to one year in normal conditions to get pregnant. If all exams are normal with both of you it is important to relax rather than be obsessed or worried about pregnancy. Relaxed mind helps conception.

'Joy' oriented sexual activity rather than mechanical 'date' oriented is best for you. I suppose you have already seen the woman calendar, which shows what are the best dates for a woman to conceive and what days are safe days, meaning sex done on those days will not lead to pregnancy.
