Phimosis may cause pain during sexual intercourse, but does not cause inability to insert penis in vagina. Thus unconsummated marriage is not due to phimosis.
Circumcision is usually done in new born because the opening of the foreskin is severely constricted causing difficulty while passing urine.
Adults do not need circumcision because the inability to completely pull behind fore skin does not impede sexual pleasure.

im a 25yrs old and i am not able to retract my foreskin,ihave heard of part circumcision,can you please throw some light on it,i stay at thane,can u suggest some doctor to undergo circumcision
